On Oct. 4, Virginia Lieutenant Governor Winsome Earle-Sears visited Hopewell Sheriff Travis Stanley. During her tour of the Hopewell courthouse, she spoke with members of the 6th District Court Service Unit, discussing topics such as family engagement and juvenile crime trends.
